(3) Contract Renewal

Visa Fee at the HK Immigration Department x 1

# Indonesian maids : Service Fee includes Medical Check-up (only for Plan B - include: Hepatitis B, Serologic test for syphilis, HIV, Pregnancy test), OWWA fee is not required

#Filipino maids : Service Fee includes Consulate OWWA fee, but NO medical check-up

*Both the client and the domestic helper must meet the relevant terms and conditions to enjoy the "Special Renewal Service" (otherwise, the client must pay the original service fee).

(4) Direct Hire (Local Finished Contract)

We can help employers to buy maid insurance “Overseas Domestic Helper Insurance Scheme” from Mutual Insurance Consultants Co.

Up to HK$210 per visit per day for reimbursement of clinical expenses
Up to HK$4,200 per year for reimbursement of clinical expenses
Coverage includes expenses for surgery、hospitalization and dental

Remarks : Surcharge will apply if clients use star grade helper service. Please contract our staff for more details.

All helpers have to pay LOTUS with a service fee which is equivalent to 10% of first-month's wages after successful placement.

Scopes and fees of services are subject to changes in market conditions from time to time, all shall be determined by the service agreement.
