* To enjoy this Special Renewal Service, the following ALL 5 conditions must be fulfilled

- Maid does not over-stay in HK ; and
- Maid has a passport of ***validity over 6 months*** and starts application ***at least 6 months*** before her “Passport Expiry Date” ; and
- Maid should start application ***at least 1 month*** before her “Working Visa Expiry Date” ; and
- Maid’s “Contract Finished Date” is SAME as her “Working Visa Expiry Date” ; and
- Employer and Maid should process the application at our branch offices during working hours on Mondays to Saturdays ( except Sundays and Public Holidays ).

All helpers have to pay LOTUS with a service fee which is equivalent to 10% of first-month's wages after successful placement.
Scopes and fees of services are subject to changes in market conditions from time to time, all shall be determined by the service agreement.
